Shooting Victim identified as Pico Rivera Man
This past weekend a shooting occurred in the city of Pico Rivera on the corner of Beverly Boulevard and Pine Street. The victim was driving on the street when another vehicle pulled up beside him and opened fire on the victim, killing him. The Coroner released the identity of the victim earlier this week and is known as Paul Anthony Martinez. Martinez was on his way home when the shooting occurred according to his family. Martinez was immediately taken to the Los Angeles County USC Medical Center where he later died that evening. Police have no leads on the suspect or suspects and are asking the communities help for any information regarding the case and the suspects.
